As craftspeople of brand identity, marketing assets and community activations, our client relationships are paramount to the success of each and all of our creative outcomes.

Two Times Elliott is looking for a Project Manager who has excellent communication skills, strong initiative, meticulous attention to detail and a sixth sense for pre-emptive fire fighting.

We will need you to have to have strong experience in managing projects of varying scales from enquiry to final handover and delivery. A strong grasp of the creative processes across the multiple disciplines that the studio offers. You will understand how to effectively cost a new enquiry, carefully scope and plan schedules and ensure that clients are kept fully up-to-date throughout the process.


A self motivated, passionate and personable member of our small team that fills our existing and upcoming clients with confidence and can comfortably face obstacles.

We will need our new project manager to (but not limited to) :

  • Strong communication skills both internally and with clients
  • Technically able with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Competent to present to new potential leads and negotiate through to briefing
  • Provide clients with a visual timeline and send updates based on project milestones
  • Comfortable in briefing internal creatives, strategist and external suppliers/contractors.
  • Reconcile project budgets and report on financials to senior stakeholders
  • Seek out new opportunities with existing clients
  • Ensuring all members of the team are remaining motivated and have everything they require to fulfil your client briefs.
  • Be involved in the ongoing development (events, talks, workshops) of the studio and our rollout of this years strategy.
