Pipetto is a UK based, premium accessories brand, focusing on designing great products to enhance the use of your Apple devices. We are a small team spread across UK, Holland and China and manufacture cases for iPhone, iPhone and MacBook. Since our humble beginnings in 2009, we've been covered in from Financial Times, How to Spend it, Forbes, The Sunday Times, The Independent and many others. Our products are unique in a crowded accessories market for their well-considered design, packaging, materials and for focusing on accessories that aim to enhance the use of the device, that look great, and people love to use. We focus on the details and creating a great, consistent customer experience. The Role

This is a newly created role within Pipetto as we are a growing team and need additional people to help us continue to grow. This role reports into the Managing Director and is a general creative role to help with all things branding, graphic design, online content and photography within the company. It's a great opportunity for someone with a 5-6 years creative design, branding and graphic design experience under their belt to get a role with a wide range of creative input and on products that immediately go to market.

We have currently about 250 products and launch (approx.) another 100 to 125 per year. Each of the products needs: packaging designed / layout and sent for print (though many share packaging styles); carton artwork created; packaging SKUs created; product photography shot for marketing materials and for online; marketing sell-sheets created; mailshots to inform customers of the new products and USPs; and additional creative content (photoshoots, etc). This role works under the MD to lead the timelines and creative journey of these assets to assist in launching these 100+ new products per year.


Print & Product

  • Packaging — assist with creative and do all layout / check dielines (dieline creation not necessarily required but ability to prepare for print and check details & dimensions is)
  • Carton Artwork — efficient design for packaging and clarity for warehouse staff
  • Assist in creating and designing annual trade show assets — Print Brochures, Flyers, Trade Show Stand design.
  • Creating Packaging SKUs
  • Getting packaging quotes
  • Getting white mock ups for testing with product in time / in advance of a new product launch so that key deadlines aren’t missed
  • Preparing artwork, EAN codes and sending artwork to print
  • Preparing packing instructions for the manufacturers, of how packaging is to be packed on product

Email Marketing

  • Email Mailshots (B2C) — design and build 2-3 per month in mail chimp / manage content and marketing calendar
  • Email Mailshots (B2B) -- Prepare marketing mail shots for trade shows, new products, when new images are up online, etc.

Online Content

  • Help prepare assets and briefs for pack shots with photo studio — what images are required, what position, shadow levels, props, etc) and file output formats.
  • Managing outsourced artworker to colour change pack shots to accurately reflect products and combine images into highly communicative online images.
  • Create online content — B2B website page, Online/Mobile Banners, refresh existing aged pages and online content
  • Detailed Management of files / assets / images
  • Upload of images in correct file sizes onto Web FTP for trade customers


  • Input into the evolution of brand / branding guidelines / typography
  • Input into photoshoot ideas / brand direction
  • Collaboratively build branding guidelines as it evolves.

Person Spec:

  • 5-6 years in graphic design
  • Marketing / agency experience
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Must be creative but have worked in a commercial environment
  • Must be able to understand and visually / creatively communicate the differences between our product range to be easily digestible by a new customer
  • Must be able to understand and visually / creatively communicate the USPs of a product online and in marketing materials in a visually attractive way
  • Good organisational, planning, and time-management skills, with a proven capacity to prioritise and perform time-sensitive tasks.
  • Ability to work from initial design briefs, to brainstorming ideas through to design and delivery including strategic input into wider marketing campaigns


  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe After Effects.
  • Good level of photo manipulation and retouching skills.
  • Ability to creatively present design solutions, to receive and implement constructive feedback.
  • A pro-active, ‘can-do' attitude with the ability to take the initiative.
  • Must demonstrate ability to understand product and communicate product features and benefits clearly
  • Packaging Experience - have an understanding of what makes packaging “good vs great” and experience with printers & printer layout
  • Mac User
  • Experience in FMCG (Ideally a similar vertical)

£40-45K commensurate with experience
