  • Work alongside the design and communications teams to deliver integrated campaigns for clients.
  • Assist in creating social media strategies to support clients’ key messages and showcase creativity.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining the organisation’s website(s).
  • Social media implementation – including content creation, outreach, engagement, scheduling, advertising, and reporting– in order to grow the clients’ social media presence across all relevant platforms and reach target demographics.
  • Advise on and implement digital advertising strategies (on social media platforms and search engines) to increase engagement amongst key audiences.
  • Advise on and implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Reporting for clients to demonstrate ROI against benchmarks.
  • Attending pitches for new business to sell-in digital services.
  • Help develop Peregrine’s own digital presence in order to drive business authority
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, flexibility to execute short-term initiatives whilst maintaining a longer-term strategy.


  • At least 1-years’ experience of implementing and managing digital campaigns.
  • Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms.
  • Experience of using marketing software tools (EG. Email Service Providers, Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems, Google Analytics).
  • Experience running email marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of how Search Engine Optimisation works.
  • Basic design knowledge preferred (Canva/photoshop).
  • Awareness and day to day monitoring of trends and technology developments in the digital marketing industry, reporting back to the wider Peregrine team and adopting new techniques where appropriate.
  • Creative individual who thrives within a team environment and employs an enthusiastic working style.
