The Sony Music Internship is a 12 month paid music industry placement scheme. During your time at Sony Music you will work alongside some of the most talented creative teams and gain an in depth understanding of a specific department at Sony Music UK. What are the different opportunities?

We have creative opportunities in 4th Floor Creative in the Design team and in Video Production. In these roles, you will work in a centralised team that collaborate with all of Sony’s labels to conceptualise and develop creative ideas for artist campaigns and digital initiatives. 4th Floor Creative are a fast-moving and lively team and they are looking for committed, team players to bring their creative ideas to life for Sony Music. We also have a Branding & Design internship in the Human Resources team!

Day to day you will report into a specific department and have your own projects and responsibilities. Over the 12 months, there is also a programme of interactive work- shops where you will get to network with senior music execs and learn more about life at a major record company. The internship also comes with a few perks!

For creative roles, we require you to submit your portfolio and examples of your work (this could be self- directed personal projects or work experience). Please let us know what creative technology you are familiar with (After effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe etc).
