Do you love creating magical social content for global brands? Do you wake up wanting to ideate, plan and create beautiful images for established and emerging brands? Do you love storytelling and seeing brands grow through stellar design and thoughtfully aligned creative?

This key role is vital to ongoing digital client satisfaction, project efficiency, team unity and, ultimately, the longevity of the client relationship. This role requires a creative, solution-driven mindset, with the ability to make fast actionable recommendations on the fly. This role is not for the slow and methodical, this role is about creativity, multi-tasking and creating both short and long-term content within a passionate digital and creative team.


  • 2+ years in a multi-creative role
  • Experience with start-ups and mass-market brands

Required Skills:

  • Expert Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and video design programs
  • Expert Knowledge of social media platforms and trends
  • Some understanding of Search Engine Marketing, SEO, and Digital Marketing
  • Some understanding of Microsoft word, excel, and Powerpoint and Google Business Suite
  • Web skills are a plus.

Quick Outline of Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • You'll be responsible for making remarkable digital content for both the Osaka Labs brand and our clients
  • Strategic thinking and idea generation for social brands to uncover areas of growth and efficiency
  • Working closely with the team for group decisions and edits and with autonomy when needed.
  • Developing creative social briefs and communicating strategic objectives
  • Checking that creative social projects meet strategic guidelines provided

  • Can create beautiful images, sometimes with very little
  • Can formulate a vision, bring it to life
  • See multiple brands for their individuality and voice and create content that aligns with their unique voice and vision
  • Detail-oriented in the context of a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of hitting daily deadlines
  • Be able to manage and adapt to different personalities and working styles
  • Exceptional analytical and creative skills
  • Interpersonal skills a must
  • Self-starter who brings innovation and ideas to the table
  • Strong team collaboration skills
