Creative Director (One-Year Maternity Cover)

We recently joined the world’s first Brandtech group, You & Mr Jones, which means we are working with partners developing best technology across the globe.

We are looking for the following to support our Executive Creative Director for a one-year maternity cover:

• A Creative Director with a proven track record of award-winning work across multiple different channels, particularly social and digital.
• Someone who lives and breathes social, a prolific poster of great content who knows how to design content for specific platforms and build a following.
• Someone with a very keen design eye who is skilled at putting ideas together visually will be a bonus.

We are looking to hire someone for one year to cover maternity leave to support our Executive Creative Director. Working in a dynamic and welcoming team, the role will be extremely varied and will be working remotely until we move into our new London office (at some point in 2021).

The role will include the following:

• Developing compelling ideas for advertising campaigns, specialising in digital and social formats
• Leading creative teams on a variety of projects and new business
• Taking responsibility for maintaining creative standards across our portfolio of clients
• Effectively pitching concepts to clients
• Nurturing and maintaining good client facing relationships
• Working closely with senior management

Essential skills and experience

• Passion for design and pop culture
• Excellent knowledge of social platforms and digital mediums
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in creative business or agency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Resilience in a fast moving environment
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
