This is an exciting opportunity to really make an impact in a growing consultancy. You will be a Middleweight Designer with lots of commercial experience to assist with the design and production of a range of brand and campaign based (inc web) projects.

The role offers the opportunity to develop mock-ups, adcepts, identities, advertising inc online - across desktop and mobile and more.

The responsibilities of the role include a consistent high level of quality in everything you do, meeting project deadlines, working with our developers and consultants to effectively produce and create excitement through bringing commercial projects to life.

You will be a good team worker, very organised and attentive, constantly looking to improve and have a strong desire to create impact through design.

Our clients range from FTSE 100s to start ups, our projects range from optimising the positioning of established brands to launching new products and services to market. We are looking to hire individuals who can demonstrate a strong flair for communication, collaboration, great design and effective UX.

We love people who have an entrepreneurial drive, who show initiative and who have a genuine desire to go after change and make a real impact. An understanding of human behavioural, UX and digital trends are highly desirable.

Skill Set Summary:
- You will have at least 2 years’ experience in a commercial/marketing environment, ideally within an agency
- It goes without saying that expert knowledge in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop are a must
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS
- You'll need a strong understanding of design, UX, type and layout, and running your own projects
- An Art, Design or Media based Honours Degree or Equivalent
- Javascript and Flash Actionscript will be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience of presentation design would be useful

- Have a portfolio full of beautiful and clever interactive work
- Have excellent general design skills and a good eye for details
- Be delivering creative options to our senior consultants and our clients directly
- Be up-to date and fascinated by the latest design trends, capabilities and campaigns
- Possess a confident ability in pushing ideas forward, liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Work in a fast paced startup environment and be our main design resource expected to work on brand campaigns as well as internal pitch proposals and assets
- Be able to respond well to direction, or lack of direction in some instances, under pressure and within short-time scales
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to work in a team, but also on own initiative with a flexible attitude
- Be confident presenting ideas and solutions
- Be able to bring commercial proposals to life through the development of client-focussed mock-ups
- Be web savvy, and have a good understanding of the online marketplace
- Be keen to learn more and develop your design skills
- Be confident and resilient to constructive criticism
