We’re actually looking for two writers – one of which will need strong US client work experience. So if you’ve got a gift for words, bags of enthusiasm and an awesome work ethic, you sound like our kind of Copywriter. You’ll obviously already be a dab hand with on and offline word processing programs and know a thing or two about all the most widely used social platforms and digital collaboration tools out there. But, more than that, you’ll relish working in a creative team alongside an Art Director/Designer and getting your teeth into both long and short form copy. And because we’re a small busy team, proven experience in a similar role is essential.


The variety of work we do at Hodes and Symphony Talent is huge and getting bigger, so Hodes people are seriously multitalented. Think everything from brand architecture and multi-channel campaigns, to websites, games and captivating videos. So, be one of our next Copywriters you’ll need to ooze enthusiasm for insightful, smart, boundary pushing work in all its forms – and have the skills needed to help create it.


Right now, you’ll either have the beginnings of, or a well established, portfolio of creative work, including web, campaign and social media ideas. On the pulse of new technologies and cultural trends too, everything you do will aim to be something that hasn’t been done before – even if that means thinking and executing at speed.


As part of Hodes, you’ll take pride in your work and have a real willingness to help out across all kinds of projects – sometimes working with Art Directors and Designers, other times collaborating with Content and Social Strategists to make work we can all be proud of.

We mentioned two roles. Well, the first will be focused on our European and Global work, helping our clients that are HQ’d in Europe and to the East. So expect frequent and exciting opportunities to travel across these continents. The second will be expected to prioritise (or ‘prioritize’) US opportunities alongside European work. They’ll be working closely with our US creative and strategy teams, but from London. So frequent travel to the US for pitches and client presentations will be expected.


We’re also looking to hire Designers/Art Directors to pair up with our new Copywriters, so we welcome applications from established creative teams too.
