An exciting opportunity has arisen within our close-knit team for a hard-working, professional and ambitious Studio Assistant.

The Studio Assistant is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day smooth running of our multidisciplinary studio to help deliver high-quality output across; art direction and brand identity, products and packaging, exhibitions and environments, websites and digital experiences.

The Studio Assistant will also be responsible for assisting the Studio Manager with the seamless operational running of the studio including front of house support, bookkeeping, and administration.

You'll be an important part of the everyday running of the Studio as well as adding value to our team.

Training will be provided across daily duties but proven experience within the below responsibilities will be hugely beneficial;

- Maintaining the general housekeeping and smooth running of the Studio to a high standard
- Financial support; processing invoices/receipts/expenses/purchase orders
- Assisting the Studio Manager across admin support work
- Coordination of travel/flights/parking/permits/license for the company partners
- Booking meetings and setting up conference calls
- Managing the company card expenses system
- Ordering and maintenance of consumables
- Dealing with building contractors and suppliers
- Inputting and data management across the Studio systems
- Organize and manage Studio databases
- Daily logistics of couriers and suppliers
- Telephone liaison; take messages and field calls where appropriate
- Manage studio inbox, post, and deliveries
- General project coordination and assistance, when required
- Opening/Closing of the Studio when required
