OVERVIEW
You will have a proven track in leading creative teams to deliver pioneering ideas for big brands. You will be a champion for our creative offering, helping to drive and shape the creative vision for the agency and grow our UK offering. You will be hungry to lead your own department, develop talent and will be responsible for ensuring creative excellence throughout the agency.


THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
You will be a leader with positive problem-solving skills, someone who wants to be part of driving the agency forward and inspiring and motivating the team. Building a strong creative culture, with a passion for creating innovative award-winning work, you will lead from the front making sure everyone strives to deliver the best possible work. Creating original creative concepts, digital productions, and global marketing campaigns, overseeing multiple projects at any one time, you will have sound social/digital knowledge. We deliver not only impeccably executed creative campaigns, but campaigns that help our client’s brands reach their consumers and drive action. Work that works. Campaigns that meet the objectives of our clients, not just gimmicks. Having your finger on the pulse and being aware of new ideas and ways of thinking. Pitching ideas in an exciting and interesting way. Exciting clients and the agency alike.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekly team creative meetings - that share collective knowledge and identify training needs
Responsible for the creative output and delivery of the agency
Hosting ‘open door’ sessions to ensure input on wider agency creative needs & projects outside of priority project focus
Capable of taking a brief from initiation through to concept and into production
Work with all departments, Strategy, Production and Client Services to craft best in class brief responses, and creative concepts
Working alongside the senior team to pitch for new business and existing business you will be able to captivate a room with your creative flare Constant evaluation & monitoring of process to ensure the ongoing best practice
Maintain knowledge of digital best practice and actively share knowledge with wider team on an ongoing basis
Work with the Head of Production to provide information to enable them to deliver projects to deadline and budget
Nurture and grow our exceptionally talented team of creatives via tutoring and regular reviews and appraisals
360 review of creative team members yearly.
