Do you have what it takes to manage a creative studio, keeping it well organised and fun?

Our client is an ambitious brand and design consultancy specialising in place and property, with a great reputation across both clients and the team who work there. They are looking for a Studio Manager to come on board and help run the studio administration, organise studio welfare/fun, and manage light social media, among other ad hoc requests.

The ideal candidate will be naturally enthusiastic, exceptionally well-organised and excellent at multi-tasking. This role would be perfect for you if you have the confidence and passion to administrate and implement processes that keep the studio running every day — and have fun doing it.

As a pivotal role, you will work closely with the Senior Management team to keep studio administration ticking over in the most efficient way possible, from greeting clients and visitors to managing calendars and assisting with the finances of the agency. You will be key in communicating, sustaining, and developing the vibrant culture of the studio.

Responsibilities of the Studio Manager:
— Front of House Management
— Studio management and cultural engagement
— Finance Administration
—PA Support to the Senior Management

Required skills and experience of the Studio Manager
— Genuine interest in culture and design
— Enthusiastic personality
— Excellent organisational skills
— Great at multi-tasking
— Previous experience within design or arts industry is preferable
— Ability to demonstrate diplomacy and collaboration
— Thorough and methodical approach to all tasks
— Ability to develop and maintain strong interpersonal professional relationships
— Strong Excel user, and good with numbers
— Highly proficient in spoken and written English with great grammar
