The Role


We are a digital agency of 6 seeking a full-time Digital Project Manager. As we are a small team, the personality you bring to the table is just as important as your skill-set, with everybody contributing to a positive, collaborative and driven atmosphere.


The role is multi-dimensional and entails Project Management as well as aspects of Account Management and Operational Management of the company.


Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will have a vital and integral role and you will be keen to implement processes and workflows to improve the day to day running of the studio.


You are opinionated, yet tactful and diplomatic. Responding to the clients and the teams needs, you are an expert multitasker who can juggle multiple projects and clients.


You are pragmatic and have the ability to make quick judgment calls, negotiate fees, budgets, timelines and contracts, be intuitive and confident, and maintain your cool at all times.


You are a natural people person that strives to reach the best solution for both client and the studio in tough situations. You think in a holistic and strategic manner, always having the bigger picture in mind.


Responsibilities


- Daily project administration across multiple projects.
- Manage resourcing and team planning, including external contractors, across multiple projects.
- Build good relationships with clients and manage stakeholder’s needs and expectations throughout a project’s duration.
- Scope, timeline, quote and contract new projects, ranging from one-pagers to eCommerce.
- Facilitate new business enquiries and manage pitch processes.
- Own and facilitate internal and external project status meetings.
- Drive the improvement of studio processes.
- Create burn reports, timesheet management and general monitoring of project profitability.
- Client billing and following up on payment schedules.
- Studio management and purchases.
- Assist with bookkeeping and studio finance administration.
- General HR such as:
- Assisting the recruitment process and staff on-boarding.
- New and existing staff contracts.
- Absence and holiday management.


Requirements


- Minimum 2 years experience working in a digital agency or having worked with projects involving digital deliverables.
- An understanding of and affinity for the creative and technical processes involved in creating digital products.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
- Hands-on and pro-active work-ethic.
- Knowledge or experience using the following systems and software is desirable:
- Agile or Waterfall project workflows
- Asana
- Instagantt
- Everhour
- Dropbox and Dropbox Paper
- Microsoft Word and Excel
- Keynote
- Xero
- Slack

The position will be based in the Print House in Dalston, London, in our own co-working space Studio Three.
