We’re looking for an awesome, creative and organised Content and Campaign Manager to come and join the small but mighty Glug team in London! This is a job for a creative all rounder as you’ll be responsible for the creation of assets (all formats – still and motion) plus the distribution and amplification of this content. We are looking for someone to come in and take ownership of all our global, digital content across all of our channels on social media as well as editorially on our website, plus help to grow the brands profile.

You will be responsible for planning and creating original campaigns, put together eye catching copy, craft multi-channel content, work with and edit video content, manage the roll-out of all as well as actively respond to Gluggers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals, and as our sole social media and digital content wizard we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s tone of voice across all ranges of content and target audience groups.

- Design and implement social media and content strategy to align with business goals
- Lead the creation of amazing and engaging content, editing, publishing and amplification of content daily (e.g. original copy, photos, videos and news)
- Plan and deliver, multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like special content programs, promotions and competitions
- Collaborate with other team members and franchise hosts to ensure brand consistency in all comms, content and activities across all chapters around the world
- Communicate with our Gluggers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Set specific objectives with the founders and then report on ROI
- Stay up to date with current social media trends, perform research on benchmarks and audience preferences, derive insights from monitoring SEO and web traffic metrics and update the wider team on suggestions for improvements
- Attend events to ensure live and proactive content capture

- Previous experience as a Social Media Manager / Content Creator
- Experience in crafting digital campaigns from concept to activation
- Working knowledge of design and video editing software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premier Pro, After Effects)
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels and digital marketing techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely well organised, ability to take on multiple projects and deliver on deadlines
