A dream job for any recent design graduate; we are looking for an unusually talented junior graphic designer to work across all areas of COOK's internal and external brand communications. Providing graphic design and artwork for print, digital and in-store communications, you can be sure that variety is key in this role and that there will never be a dull day!

Typical tasks include designing display materials for shop windows; adverts; posters and point-of-sale materials; packaging, artworking for retail. You will also be responsible for compiling and designing the weekly internal newsletter, The COOK Telegraph.

There is the opportunity to contribute ideas and help shape creative campaigns. Candidates with talent in areas such as illustration and photography will have an opportunity to develop their work in a commercial context (although this would be in addition to day-to-day graphic design responsibilities).

University degree or equivalent; familiarity with InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; eagerness to both learn and contribute; ability to grasp the visual framework of COOK's brand, with the aid of our Brand Guidelines; evidence of design talent; ability to work to tight briefs and deadlines; willingness to muck in and do mundane tasks with good spirit; and a passion for food will definitely help.
