Stereo is looking to hire a full time digital strategist to support us with ongoing campaigns for our clients. You will collaborate with the core team on our accounts to ensure briefs are insight led and work intelligently and ultimately communicate our vision to the audience.


Roles & Responsibilities:


- Deliver solutions for our clients that achieve their ambitions.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Work with the Director-level team to create insight-led briefs that deliver creative and effective work.
- Work closely with the creative, accounts and most importantly the research and planning teams.
- Lead and inspire independent research to contribute to briefs and briefings – such as competitor reviews, best-in-class reviews, qualitative social listening, audience profiling via key tools.
- Have the ability to identify the data, trends and insights that build briefs which lead to great creative ideas.
- Clearly present written strategic decks for specific client briefs and pitches.
- Deadline driven and deliver strategies that can be achieved within a given budget.
- Inspire briefings, by providing a strategic filtered approach that builds better emotional territories and ideas, support creative presentations with strong strategic justification for the work.
- Capture feedback in internal and client sessions and succinctly and efficiently communicate this to the wider team.
- Provide strategic view on use of digital channels, content strategy, interactive marketing in appropriate client and cross-agency meetings.
- Share interesting trends and insights with the brand strategy and wider strategic services team.


Skills & Experience:


- Ideally 6+ years in a strategic and creatively focused agency.
- Smart, grounded individual who lives and breathes brand experiences, understands culture trends and has a hunger to drive opportunities big and small.
- A portfolio of successful campaigns, focussing on insights that unlock rock-solid strategic visions. Being part of the process of translating this strategy into impactful creative output.
- Experience delivering work across the full spectrum of digital channels with an appreciation of through-the-line work.
