As our Fashion Photographer, you are responsible for working us as our in-house photographer alongside our online team, stylist and the Creative Director to produce a selection of high quality fashion images.

Job roles/responsibilities:
• Ensuring all images are shot to the highest standard
• Ensure the product is shown to its best advantage to capitalize sales and ensure that the standard of the photograph reflects the exact vision of the garment
• Ensure all studios are appropriately set-up and packed away at the start and finish of each day.
• Work with stylists and Ecommerce team to produce the best shots possible
• Be proficient with retouching and Capture One software and upgrades
• Managing model castings
• You will have the chance to shoot creative look books and campaigns that are used extensively throughout stores and online.
Candidate specification/required skills:
• Prior studio experience and excellent photographic/ technical understanding of what makes a good image are key to the role.
• You will need a thorough understanding of our customer and target audience as well as an interest in fashion and the industry.
• You must possess the personal and professional qualities that enable you to manage and influence a room of people whilst demonstrating enthusiasm, positive communication and team motivation.
• You must be confident in directing models
• You will have to be flexible and able to adapt easily to change and working with new teams.
• Previous online fashion photography is essential with experience shooting invisible mannequin garments
• Experience shooting jewellery is preferable
