Role: Account Manager reporting to the Creative/Managing Director


This is a varied and exciting role with room for development for an ambitious Account Manager with 4 – 6 years’ experience in another cracking design studio. Reporting directly into the MD, you will manage day to day contact with your allocated accounts and work closely with the Design Team and Production Manager to get the best for our clients.

With our 20 years’ experience, a handful of awards and buckets of creativity, we’ve worked with some of the world’s biggest (and smallest) brands to create some iconic identities and packaging designs.

The Person
We are looking for a progressive, strategic Account Manager (with SAM ambitions) and experience of brand positioning with fmcg market and category awareness:


You should be:
• A WORDSMITH: Capable of writing client proposals, defining a creative brief and drawing up agendas & contact reports
• A BOFFIN: Manage and take responsibility for the profitability of client’s accounts through effective financial planning and monthly invoicing
• A TIME LORD/LADY: Master of timekeeping and project planning through the studio
• A DO-ER: We want a team mate who is adaptable, responsive and enthusiastic in all the aspects on the business
• A PRESENTER: Be the ‘face’ of the business and a confident presenter
• A BRILLIANT MANAGER: Look after, guide and assist your small (but beautifully formed) team
• AN ORGANISER: Will have overall responsibility for project delivery and budgets from brief to completion as well as working with the Design Team to seamlessly plan the workflow
• A PEOPLE PERSON: We pride ourselves in building valued and genuine relationships with our clients
• UP FOR A LAUGH: As a small team, you need to be fun, friendly and have a quick wit. :-)


Key Requirements
• Excellent writing skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Excellent time management skills
• A good understanding of brand packaging
• 4 - 6 years’ experience in a tip-top agency (fmcg branding, packaging, digital)
• An articulate presenter who can be a ‘face’ of the business
• Be willing and have the flexibility to travel to Europe and worldwide
