About the role:
Crush are looking for a pro-active, creative, organised, passionate and culturally connected team member to lead the creation and delivery of Music, Entertainment and Lifestyle partnership-led campaigns for its leading brand clients.


Responsibilities:


General:
• Develop, plan and execute exciting lifestyle-led brand campaigns for leading Crush clients
• Work with the Crush MD to deliver ‘best in class’ Music, Entertainment and Culture focused partnership strategy for Crush brand clients
• Act as first point of contact for Crush clients and offer ‘always-on’ consultative support with empathy and intuition for the brand’s challenges and goals
• Act as an internal knowledge base and catalyst for internal and external Crush knowledge sharing around best in class lifestyle-led campaigns
• Maintain flawless project administration allowing work to be delivered in a timely and cost effective manner
• Build rapport and establish relationships with external industry contacts while remaining a natural ambassador for the work of Crush
• Take the lead on preparing and delivering internal and external presentations (both speculative and in response to client briefs)


Client management:
• Maintaining a strong, positive and professional relationship with Crush client contacts at all levels
• Offering consultative support and expertise to Crush clients in key areas
• Providing regular reports and ad-hoc updates to Crush clients as required
• Ensuring that all client requests are addressed promptly with transparency and accountability


Strategy and planning:
• Supporting clients in developing partnership briefs and requirements through ‘always-on’ engagement
• Working with the Crush MD to devise and develop winning partnership strategies for Crush clients
• Leading the development of smart, impactful and inspiring partnership activation concepts.
• Developing effective ‘audience first’ cross-channel partnership activation and assets plans
• Be an ambassador for the consumer and understand them inside out, in order to best serve their needs.


Campaign and project management:
• Managing the end to end process of campaign delivery and meeting all project delivery milestones
• Overseeing the creative aspects of campaign delivery, in partnership with the Crush creative producer, ensuring they meet brief and required spec
• Working closely with the Crush Creative Producers to ensure that creative and activation is produced with QA processes in place and QC implemented prior to delivery
• Manage all approval processes and revision requests from both client and partners


Partnerships:
• Supporting the Crush MD in negotiating and optimising partnership deals on behalf of Crush brand clients
• Presenting brand opportunities to rights holders and stakeholders
• Managing relationships with various talent and lifestyle rights holders
• Fully understanding and navigating the terms of partnership agreements, ensuring that deliverables are met and that there is no risk of Crush or client breach through campaign activity


Creative:
• Advising Crush clients on innovative content formats, concepts and trends.
• Working with the Crush Creative producers to create accurate and inspiring briefs/moodboards/mock-ups for campaign assets
• Offering a discerning ‘client’ eye to appraisal of creative work ensuring that objectives are met and Crush quality levels are maintained


Commercial development:
• Identifying relevant commercial opportunities within existing client roster and potential new clients
• Ensuring the fast and effective response to client briefs ensuring that requirements are met
• Leading response to client briefs, developing and delivering Crush pitches in collaboration with the Crush MD

Leadership:
• Influencing and directing clients and agency partners on partnership activation best practice
• Managing and supporting the work of the Crush Assistant Brand Manager and Creative producer
• Influencing internal conduct of Crush team through consistent positive and pro-active ‘Crush’ conduct
• Managing strong personalities and senior stakeholders with ease, patience and respect


Admin:
• Negotiating budgets, rights and deliverables with Crush suppliers
• Managing project budgets and raising crush Purchase orders
• Management and tracking of project resources
• Ensuring the archiving of client IP/source assets, creative Work In Progress, tracking of versions and trafficking of client assets in various file formats
• Archiving of Crush client proposals and reports
• Leading campaign wrap–ups and producing PCA documents


Ad-hoc support:
• Contributing to screening and maintaining the Crush approved suppliers
• Leading and contributing to Crush internal projects
• Researching and circulating interesting competitor work
• Supporting wider team in delivery of Crush own brand marketing projects


Person spec:
• Strong experience gained either for an agency or leading brand, in a Brand or Account Management role.
• Demonstrate a track record of creative development, showing strong judgement and excellence in execution.
• Passion for and understanding of the evolving digital landscape, trends and consumer behaviour.
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Strong written and oral presentation skills
• Strong understanding of media and advertising industries
• Ability to prioritise & meet challenging & conflicting deadlines
• High level of attention to detail & accuracy
• Comfort in dealing with clients, rights holders, talent and talent reps directly
• Highly creative and passionately ‘tuned in’ to culture
• Passion for music, entertainment and lifestyle trends
• Approachable & comfortable building relationships at all levels
