The Role:
We’re on the hunt for an entrepreneurial and energised Account Managers to join our team. Whilst supporting the Account Director, the successful AMs will join an open environment where they will work on exciting global projects
The Profile:
Smart, efficient, entrepreneurial. You own the day to day machine that ensures that great work happens; always organised, always proactive, always hungry to add value strategically and creatively and always with a resilient, can-do attitude.
CREATIVE: Make every creative briefing inspiring. Lead the prep for the meeting, contribute in creative reviews – build on ideas, speak constructively and insightfully and be able to provide product facts and competitor context. Demonstrate strong presentation skills and be able to hold a room’s attention. Be trusted to manage small scale production processes and to support large scale productions; from pre-production through to final approval.
STRATEGIC:  Ability to understand brand strategies and help build on the core strategic decisions, contributing towards strategic direction with the ability to explain the strategic approach clearly. Ability to write briefs in conjunction with Planners and Account Directors and can present competitive and creative reviews with a clear point of view and business/brand insight. Able to demonstrate an understanding of total communications planning and add value to the integration planning process.
COMMERCIAL ACUMEN: Ensure the team is always up to date with timely status reports and contact reports and work alongside Production to drive status meetings. Ability to build solid trusted working relationships with the whole agency from account management, production, studio, creatives to finance - anyone associated with getting the best work done. Skilled in creating great relationships with clients and colleagues that are built on mutual respect and your ability to add value and energy.

• Proactive and independent 
• Excellent organisational and communicational skills 
• Proven experience of managing project budgets, including early identification of possible overspend
• Experience at objection handling and being able to push back on a client in a constructive, respectful manner
• Management of multiple projects simultaneously, often across different clients, to ensure suitable prioritisation of tasks and that smaller projects are not ignored
• Willingness to go above and beyond
• 2+ years Account management experience essential
• Must be fluent in Mac, Microsoft
• Experience with InDesign desirable
• Able to travel
