Overview:
We are seeking an experienced project manager to join the ON ROAD team. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management support to the ON ROAD leadership team, oversee the development and implementation of project processes and optimise existing work streams. This role will also see you leading briefs working with clients. You will work with teams and individuals across the business, including the many young people that are the cornerstone of the company [so being comfortable working with young adults is a must]. Although this job will be based in London we may also require you to travel and work across the globe too. Successful candidates will bring flexibility, curiosity, calmness and the ability to “get shit done” to the role.

Duties & responsibilities:
Establish project processes, workflow and communication channels.
Develop detailed work plans to identify sequence of activities required to successfully complete projects.
Ability to manage a small team, creating project timelines and deadlines for research briefs.
Creating and maintaining project documents such as release forms, receipts, invoice templates.
Oversee and manage project production schedules.
Establish reporting and communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of projects.
Monitor progress of projects and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion.
Ensure that project deliverables are on time, within budget and at the required level of quality.
Review quality of work completed with project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets requirements.
Regular liaisons with clients and business stakeholders.
Ensure that all project information, deliverables and artifacts are appropriately documented and stored.
Maintaining existing office systems, following administrative procedures, and devising new systems where appropriate.
Provide project management support for the development and implementation of Insiders 2018/19.
Supporting the Insiders 2018/19 network with implement tasks ie: supporting in-field, overseeing project resources / budget, support on timesheets.
Identifying opportunities to serve and support the wider ON ROAD network.


Experience & requirements:
3+ years experience within an agency.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong team-management capabilities.
Open-minded with the ability to learn and acquire new ways of working.
Process driven with the ability to identify opportunities to change existing processes.
A natural connector with the ability to identify opportunities through working with young people.
Confidence and experience to be a key point of contact on project both internally and externally.
Proactive approach in building relationships with young people as well as clients and managing accounts.
Experienced in working with creative teams and understand their approaches to working and delivering digital products.
Culturally astute and aware of the industry around them.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Must have previous experience in a client facing role and be comfortable working with creatives.
