In this role you will:


- Play a central role in a growth-focused cross-functional team, helping to plan and select the right ideas to work on
- Mix creative and analytical thinking to continually optimise our marketing website and landing pages
- Work to build Charlie’s brand and ensure its consistency across our growth channels
- Be the design brain behind all our paid acquisition channels, ensuring that we’re constantly pushing to optimise and improve
- Approach design with an experimental mindset, using data and insights to influence your output
- Collaborate with our Product Design function to ensure there is continuity between our product and growth work
- Help to grow a business that influences and changes the way people work – for the better


Requirements:
- 2+ years professional experience
- Expertise in designing creative for paid acquisition channels
- Experience in and/or understanding of CRO and A/B testing
- A self-starter with initiative and drive
- Passion for small businesses and how they work
- Loaded with the drive and ambition to join us in grafting hard to build an enormous technology company very quickly
