We’re looking for a bright, proactive project manager, who is personable and super organised!


The Studio:
GBH are an independent branding agency based in Chiswick, London. Formed in 1999 by Jason Gregory, Mark Bonner and Peter Hale, today we are a boutique of 20 creative thinkers, split into 3 teams. GBH works with clients, partners and suppliers to make the most culturally exciting brand work whilst making a tangible difference to our clients’ businesses.


We specialise in 360 branding, from strategy and storytelling, to identity creation and the myriad of applications and communication channels used by brands today. We work across a number of sectors and diverse applications.


Our clients include: Starck Network, Mama Shelter, SLS Hotels, sbe Group, The Alajmo Group, Samuels & Associates, Virgin Galactic


The Role:
• To work closely with Creative Director, Jason Gregory, our brilliant team of designers and GBH colleagues
• To drive the delivery of the high-quality projects, from initial brief to final completion across a wide range of disciplines
• To be responsible for the overseeing of all project processes, from their financial management through to production
• To be confident as a key client-facing member of the company
• To work closely with both managers from teams B & H to determine how projects are best assigned within the company, resources used and processes improved


Your Experience:
• You’ll have a minimum of 2 years working in a creative environment (design/branding preferable but not essential)
• You have solid, demonstrable experience of managing high level, creative projects


Your Skills:
• You have the ability to create and develop strong client relationships
• You’re an articulate and thoughtful communicator with both clients and the team
• You’re incredibly efficient, ensuring every project is well organised from start to finish
• You’re able to foresee potential issues and problem solve in a collaborative, open manner whilst keeping calm under pressure
• You’re confident in breaking down complex projects into manageable tasks and ensure their effective delivery on time and budget
• You care about attention to detail and getting things right
• You have strong literacy, numeracy and administrative skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally an online project management system or similar
• You’re comfortable with all aspects of the financial management of the projects from writing proposals and preparing budgets through to invoicing
