It’s Nice That are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join its team working across a wide range of creative outputs – from our own editorial projects such as The Graduates or Ones to Watch, to brand campaigns with our commercial partners, native advertising on It’s Nice That and creative talks events including Nicer Tuesdays – the role will cover a diverse scope and offers an exciting, varied workload.

As a Junior Project Manager at It's Nice That, a key trait will be your ability to flex your organisational and project management skills across a range of mediums with a positive, make-it-happen approach.

Our ideal candidate will have experience working within the creative industry, producing and delivering a variety of projects. Perhaps with 1–2 years already under your belt, you might have worked in an agency or studio environment, creative events production or in a more editorial context (though this is by no means pre-requisite) and now be looking to take on further responsibility in a role where there is plenty of opportunity to develop and move up.

As Project Manager you’ll work collaboratively with It’s Nice That’s editorial and creative teams, as well as liaise extensively with an array of creative collaborators and commercial clients, so experience of communicating confidently and building lasting, positive relationships with both colleagues and external contacts is vital.

We’re interested in someone who has an eye for detail, who loves working in a team and getting involved and who can demonstrate an organised and methodical approach to overseeing projects.
