We are seeking a Creative Editor to join the ON ROAD team. As Creative Editor you will have an integral role in the curation and creation of creative content for the agency. Your main responsibilities will be to create, edit, proof and write engaging and meaningful content for use across a wide range of media including ON ROAD’s digital publishing platforms. Successful candidate must feel confident implementing creative processes across the business and working in diversely skilled teams. Crucial within this role is a hands on approach to working with younger, less experiences creatives whilst supporting them with their creative briefs. This is a full-time role based in our offices in Shoreditch, East London although there will be scope to work remotely and from in-field too.

Duties & responsibilities:
Establishing processes for creative team incl. visual content, archiving and curation of Microsite.
Lead the creation of creative content for ON ROAD’s social media page and ownership of digital publishing platforms.
Produce engaging, quality written and visual content for our range of audiences.
Work with the ON ROAD leadership team to proof all creative content produced within the agency.
Designing project specific creative guides, setting approach and processes around how we approach creative briefs.
Help manage the content publishing schedule to ensure a steady flow of new and/or repurposed content is delivered across our main digital channels.
Supporting ON ROAD’s young creatives with delivery of briefs including in-field creative support.
Regular liaisons with the ON ROAD management team and business stakeholders.
Establish reporting and communication schedule to update stakeholders on the progress of projects.
Qualifications & experience
3+ years relevant experience within a creative agency.
Proven track record of executing creative ideas.
Experience in a client facing role and comfortable working within creative teams.
Experience of using web content management systems to update online content.
Proficient across a range of design and production applications including Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
