Role summary:
Work closely to support the Senior Graphic Designer with all 2D and 3D visual requirements for the White Stuff brand - to include Windows, POS, Labelling, Web content, Mail shots (direct and email), Look books, Advertising, Presentations, Promotions, and any other brand communication as required.
• Action creative briefs from across the business and translate into a format that clearly and creatively communicates the White Stuff Brand values
• Deliver all Creative communication to agreed timelines
• Challenge and generate new Creative ideas and concepts


What you'll be doing:
• Produce finished design work for Marketing Department – to include Magalogues, Web content, Direct Mail pieces, Email, Customer invites, POS, Advertisements, social content etc.
• Produce finished design work for VM department - to include Window Displays, Sale Packs, POS, In-store graphics, etc.
• Produce finished design work for Home Shopping department – to include Email, Direct Mail pieces, Web content, etc.
• Produce finished design work for Press Department – to include Press Releases, Look Books, Press Packs, Event Invites, etc.
• Create exciting internal communication as required - to include invites, emails, posters, brochures, etc.
• Produce presentation material for Brand reviews and other ad-hoc presentations
• Work closely and design concepts for artwork requests from other departments within the Brand e.g. - HR or Retail

What you'll need:
• Relevant design experience
• Idea generator / inspired creative conceptualist
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
• Must have a keen eye for detail
• Ability to build close and productive working relationships
• Ability to be flexible according to the needs of the business and to be reactive to those needs in a fast pace environment
• A good understanding of retailing and creative trends
• Combines an innovative approach with commercial ideas
• Project Management
• Excellent skills on the following programmes - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
• Strong understanding of both print and online
• Excellent artwork skills for print and being able to spec to final finish
