What’s the role?
We are now looking for a dynamic Junior or Middleweight Designer to join our growing London office. As a member of the design team you’ll apply your expertise to deliver stunning creative concepts to meet client briefs and expectations. You’ll be responsible for creating design work for a variety of platforms, including print, direct mail, digital, social and film, ensuring we always deliver campaigns of the highest creative standard.


You’ll be working hand-in-hand with designers and film production teams to bring ideas to life and influence changes in audience behavior through ideas, creativity and the use of media.


You will be involved in projects from inception to completion, championing the design concept both within the Creative and Digital team and more widely across the agency. You’ll bring expertise to the agency and will provide advice and share knowledge with your colleagues.


What you’ll be doing…
• Work with colleagues across departments to understand project scope and objectives.
• Generating ideas and innovative design concepts that address campaign objectives and selling them both internally and externally with the client.
• Forging and executing exciting and stunning design ideas across multiple media platforms.
• Communicating design ideas effectively, enabling others to buy into your vision.
• Maintaining high standards and ensuring only the very best work is released to the client.
• Working collaboratively across the Creative and Digital team and the wider agency to drive up standards of creativity.
• Working at pace to deliver high quality work under pressure and often to tight timescales.
• Keeping up to date with latest design trends, concepts and technologies, ensuring we are always at the forefront of cutting edge design.
• Providing support and advice to other members of the Creative and Digital team.


What we need from you…
As part of our design team, you will have the experience and professionalism to produce the highest quality design work across different media platforms. You will have a full understanding of graphic design, typography and digital standards and experience of executing projects of all sizes at pace and to budget.


• Exceptional creativity, innovation, originality and a strong visual eye
• Significant graphic design experience
• Thorough understanding of typographic, UX/UI and design trends
• Interest in photography and its ability to improve design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to foster co-operative, positive working relationships with all internal teams
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe’s CC suite and Sketch
• Meticulous eye for detail
• Comfortable working at pace and under pressure
• Ability to grasp client needs and deliver effective and practical solutions
• Knowledge of the print process and new developments in design software
