Job Title: Account Manager

Job Description: To manage a portfolio of accounts, taking responsibility for growing revenue as well as day-to-day management of the accounts. Drive business growth from existing clients and develop a proactive action plan for your accounts in order to meet client retention and budget targets. Build and sustain strong and long-lasting relationships with client-side senior management and maintain frequent contact with any third-party agencies used by each customer. Identify, propose, upsell and implement new projects and campaigns to meet and exceed customer expectations while maximising revenue and profit.
Forge close relationships with Development Teams working on our projects.
Oversee the project management, and ultimately, delivery of work for your customers, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standard on time and to budget.

Job Requirements:
• To prepare proposal/pitch presentations to clients and prospective clients
• To fully understand client business and specific project objectives and reflect those in a Statement of Work to be approved by the client liaising with internal design team as necessary
• Ensure that Statement of Works are optimised so that profitability is not put at risk
• Create, with BA, Project Scope documentation for onward briefing to the Development team
• Organise Project kick-off meetings with client and internal teams to ensure clear lines of communication and alignment between all parties
• Plan key delivery dates from demos to launch and agree with client
• Ensure that resources are deployed in order to satisfy agreed project scope and commercial terms, communicating any change requests that have been agreed with client to relevant internal teams
• Oversee the project from inception to delivery, being the main point of contact for the client
• Critically evaluate projects post-delivery and make recommendations on how processes can be improved if necessary
• To secure purchase orders from clients
• Ensure that client billings are accurate and timely
• To keep abreast of innovations in technology and marketing at a high level which have an impact on agency and clients’ business
• Ensure a detailed understanding and proficient use of agency proprietary tools is maintained at all times
• Be aeare of competitor activity in the digital design sector as well as our clients’ competitors
• To contribute to fostering a culture of excellence across the team

Person Specification:
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an agency role within a client services, planning or project management team within the digital design or marketing sectors
• Experience within a betting and gaming environment would be an advantage
• Proven experience in managing large budgets
• Good understanding of digital design and development process including; UX, scoping, project management methodologies, user testing and research
• Exceptional presentation and documentation skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Strong relationship management skills
• Highly commercial with excellent negotiating skills
