The Head of Creative & Content must take ownership of all elements of the TOG brand, constantly ensuring that the brand develops and grows, is presented with the same care and attention that goes into our building design and is executed in an exemplary way across digital, film, print and social media.

We are a design-led company, so we need a creative guru with a passion for design overseeing everything we do. We love creativity and while you will only be working on one brand we think that the breadth of this role – brand guardianship, advertising, film, digital, content, social media etc. – will constantly challenge you creatively.

Key Accountabilities

• To act as the TOG brand guardian, ensuring we have a clearly articulated brand, in terms of positioning, look & feel and tone-of-voice.
• Responsible for developing and managing the brand guidelines, ensuring they are fully understood by all internal and external creative resource.
• Responsible for all brand photography, including building, campaign and staff photography.
• Ensure the TOG brand and tone-of-voice is executed brilliantly across all digital channels – website, app and digital screens.
• Work with the Editorial Director to develop a compelling and engaging content, including events, films, magazines and social media:
• Develop the overarching content strategy
• Develop and deliver the content
• Ensure all social media channels reflect the TOG brand and our design led approach.
• Build followers and engagement across all social media channels: Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google+ and Pinterest.
• Work with the Head of Marketing to develop highly creative and effective marketing campaigns, including; films, posters, flyers, digital assets and emails.
• Ensure we have an effective signage strategy consistent with the TOG brand values, including; promotional signage and internal signage.
• Ensure all sales collateral is impactful and consistent with the TOG brand values.
• Ensure all member communication is impactful and consistent with the TOG brand values.
• Ensure all external presentations communicate clearly and reflect the TOG brand.
• Recruit, lead and manage a team of 4 people and take an active and influential leadership position across the company.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Creative Design Degree
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the creative field
• Extensive knowledge of branding, marketing campaigns and creative processes
• Creative leadership skills
• Creative concept development skills
• Ability to work to creative and commercial targets
• Experience with digital design and excellent Adobe suite skills
• Experience of working within a creative agency
• Experience of working with creative brands
• Passionate about design
• Positive, proactive and energetic attitude
• Self-motived and confident to challenge
