At HelloFresh UK, we are on the hunt for an experienced and down-to-earth Content Lead, who will take ownership of the voice for our new brand, developing and executing a content plan in line with our wider marketing strategy. This is a chance to take this brand to the next level and help to accelerate our growth through content that is playful, human and most importantly, engages food lovers like us!


What you'll do:


Develop and deliver a content plan across multiple online channels
Create lively and engaging content that connects with our customers
Continue to evolve our brand voice across social media, digital communication and our website
Own the website content, from tone of voice to copywriting and photography
Work alongside the designer and videographer to create relevant assets
Uploading fresh content onto the website and social media platforms regularly
Use your understanding of our customers to develop insights that inform your content
Champion the brand across all channels, including internally
Consider market positioning by taking into account other brands in the market and gaps you identify
Regularly report on social media engagement


Who you are:


If you love reading up on the latest branding news, stealing like an artist and coming up with your own creative, innovative ideas, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be:


Passionate about creating content that customers want to engage with
Ideally you’ll have an understanding of social advertising
Customer-centric and curious
Able to think outside the box when it comes to new ways of using our brand to connect with customers
Eager to try new ideas, adapting as you go to create the ultimate customer experience. Never be scared to experiment!
Confident creating reports and presenting to key stakeholders about the performance of all things content
Have an understanding of funnel marketing
Experienced with photography and video editing, although this is not essential
Used to working in a content focused role for a consumer brand
Experienced with Adobe Creative Suite, although this is not essential
Have an understanding of SEO
Ideally have proactively contributed content outside of your work life, for example a blog or freelance copywriting
In love with food and cooking
