About us:
Our young and vibrant team consists of user experience designers, technology specialists, and strategists all with a deep understanding of making web applications for the workplace.

We work with customers in the global security, intelligence, and energy sectors to improve efficiency and streamline workflows with technology. We’re precise and methodical in our approach, and pride ourselves on delivering meaningful solutions that ultimately change the way organisations work.

The opportunity:
You will play a key role in fulfilling the company’s strategic ambition: assisting, advising, producing, and managing the company’s digital marketing.

The role will include researching, organising and producing content, both by yourself and with other team members and third-party contributors.

You will manage and run our strategic campaigns in a variety of formats such as Paid Search, Linkedin, Youtube, and our own blog inline with timelines and budgets, compiling reports and make recommendations with the senior team on a monthly basis.

Most importantly you will be encouraged to voice your opinion and make recommendations to the management team – we will value your opinion.

Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager, who is motivated and organised, with two years minimum experience in marketing for a management consulting or digital business.

You will have an understanding of web technology and how it works, a track record of understanding analytics and writing content for end-to-end campaigns. You will also have the ability to manage budgets with campaign formats such as Paid Search.

You will be self-sufficient and be able to run campaigns, analyse feedback and collate reports. You’re just as happy collating and organising content from contributors as you are writing your own and, most importantly, you’ll be able to create quality content that satisfies the appetite of our audience.

You may also have an interest in transiting from a marketing role to a strategic direction/new business role.

We need someone who has experience with:
> Organising and running end-to-end marketing campaigns
> Google Adwords, Linkedin Ads, and similar platforms
> Google analytics, data studio, and similar platforms
> Producing engaging written content
