Hugo Dalton Fine Art Ltd. is based in London with commissions globally designing and installing wall paintings, sculptures and installations in galleries, private residencies and commercial premises, working with respected brands such as Tiffany & Co., The Fitzwiliam Museum, The Royal Albert Hall, The Royal Opera House. Dalton’s works have been shown at the Today Art Museum, Beijing, the Carousel de Louvre, Paris and the Victoria & Albert Museum, London.


Creating and implementing workflow and project management processes to make for a smooth, efficient project lifecycle.

Creating key documents for client proposals.

Ensuring that all content released from the studio is of excellent quality, website management.

Coordinate the production of artworks for quality and accuracy and provide feedback to fabrication teams.

Collaborating with Artist to understand and communicate the visual goals of the project externally and maintain consistency of this vision with outside collaborators.

Organize sign-off procedures and act as the primary point of contact for communication.

Performing daily operational and administrative duties, accounting and finance co-ordination.

Delivering timely results with minimal supervision.

Attend private views and support at performance events, engage with public, clients and collectors.

Brand Development:

Be an integral and informed individual who can discover new directions and possibilities to attention of the Artist.

Develop and implement a marketing calendar across all communication channels: Instagram, Facebook and monthly newsletters

Become the subject matter champion for social media within the business

Managing the content strategy and calendar management, to ensure content strategy and relevant calendars are up-to-date and in line with overarching messaging of the artist.

Required Skills:

The applicant must be able to work independently and efficiently using Microsoft Office and Adobe CS Suite to a high standard.

Be familiar with diary management and basic book keeping

3 years prior industry experience.

Experience with outsourcing, managing external vendors or teams.

Balancing deadlines and resources.

Demonstrable competence in problem solving, with an ability to overcome any resistance and obstacles that may arise.

Strong understanding of the art creation process from an aesthetic, pipeline, and technical standpoint.
