This is a rare opportunity for a friendly and efficient Personal Assistant to develop their full-time career in an exciting and fast paced environment in our office in Central London.


The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter, creative thinker and has a strong work ethic.

What you will do:


- Offer valuable support to the Director and Agent to ensure the level of communication and service is elevated, optimised, and seamless, every time.
- Managing diaries, organising and prioritising daily workload, making appointments, and scheduling. Organising and assisting with meetings as necessary.
- Answer all telephone calls in a polite, efficient and courteous manner.
- Arranging international travel, visas, transport and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the Director to provide general assistance.
- General office support duties, such as tracking and processing of invoices, collating and filing expenses, stock ordering and managing office supplies.
- Managing databases, contacts and filing systems.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
- Flexibility and desire to quickly adapt to new methods, situations, and varied requirements.
- Build and maintain strong and discrete relationships, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of professional contacts at all times.
- Be curious and in-the-know beyond fashion; understanding what’s happening in the world of art, culture, music and the local community to engage in interesting dialogue and offer advice.
- Work collaboratively with the Production and Office support teams.


Skills & Experience:
- You have an energetic and enthusiastic approach, are a practical problem solver and multi-tasker with a positive and proactive outlook.
- Previous experience of working as a PA or proven experience working in a similar role.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and keep to deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Curiosity and creativity to find solutions and make anything possible.
- Must possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Accountability for the quality and accuracy of your work.
- Ability to manage upwards and work cross-functionally.
- Additional language skills advantageous.
- Full knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
- Discretion a must.


Applicants must have the right / permanent right to work in the UK.
General office hours are Monday to Friday, 10am-6pm but be prepared to work outside these hours including weekends.
