We’re now looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives on a new challenge, enjoys leading a team and playing a key role in studio growth.

The successful candidate will benefit from our team away days, YCN events and workshops, regular socials and general good banter.


About you:

As an experienced project manager you will be exceptionally well organised, comfortable with managing multiple projects and planning resource.

You will have either come from a digital and/or creative agency background and have experience working in a client-facing role. You’ll be familiar with project management methodologies and tools, and work with us in developing and implementing the best systems and processes.

Creating and updating project plans
Scheduling work around studio capacity with multi-disciplinary teams.
Scoping, planning and costing projects.
Communicating regularly both with clients and colleagues, setting up meetings as required and communicating changes to schedules.
Leading daily standups with the team
Recording key decisions and project information.
Monitoring project progress and identifying potential problems.
Ensuring projects are delivered on time, scope and within agreed budgets.
Delivering regular status updates for internal teams and clients.
Logging and tracking website issues and change requests and working with the development team to resolve
Managing client requests for new projects or updates


Key skills and experience:

Methodical planning, time management and organisational skills.
High attention to detail
Clear communication skills both written and verbal.
Have good people skills and be a real team player
Experience of coordinating teams to deliver products or projects.
Experience delivering and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Experience of direct client management
Experience of completing documentation such as contracts, statements of work, briefs, cost estimates, timelines.
Experience creating and owning project budgets and deliverables
Experience with project management tools (we currently use a combination of Trello, Harvest/Forecast, TeamGantt, but open to change)
Familiarity with Agile principles and workflows
Experience and knowledge of digital processes and workflows
