We’re looking for an experienced and multi disciplined creative to deliver ongoing requirements across an exciting portfolio of projects and clients.

One week you could be developing ideas for an immersive audio/visual experience, the next you could be designing the visual identity for a rooftop bar, the week after that you could be developing storyboards for an animated film, and after that you could be creating beautiful presentations. The projects and clients are varied, and so too is the role.

Interact is a creative agency. We create environments and audience experiences - from visitor centres through to immersive entertainment experiences. We create event concepts that engage audiences. We design and produce visual identities and audio visual content. We work across different sectors including heritage, culture, entertainment, retail, technology, luxury, and alcohol.

This is a multi faceted role working with external and internal clients where you will get the opportunity to manage your projects from concept through to execution. While design and creative direction will be your top priority, you will need to be comfortable to take on all tasks from development to implementation – art direction, artworking, client facing, printer liaison, managing freelancers, etc.

We operate with a small core team and want someone to work with us to lead and build the creative department. You must have great ideas, be able to execute them beautifully, and muck in on the day-to-day and less glamorous work (we are all happy to pitch in when needed). We have ambitious growth plans and are looking for the right person to join us at this exciting time to help us achieve our plans – and of course, join in the success.

Required Experience and Skills:
• Minimum 5 years' relevant design and artwork experience
• An expert in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience across multiple platforms including print and digital
• Ideas creation
• Attention to detail
• A knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP would be beneficial but not essential
• Motion design, photography & film experience is beneficial but not essential
• General copy writing experience desirable, but not essential
• The ability to manage multiple projects
• Understanding of project profitability and budgets

• Competitive salary package
• Grade 1 listed offices
• Free Dock Membership access – lifestyle, fitness, business and entertainment events
• Onsite café and bar
• Pension scheme

Part time is potentially an option if preferred.
