My client is looking for a 'sharing and caring' Account Manager who’s worked in an agency environment for a minimum of 4+ years. You will act as the vital link between clients, suppliers and the team. Experience of managing identity and retail campaigns (ideally activation/sports brand experience) is key if you'd like to meet this award winning team.

Along with experience of working with consumer retail brands in an agency environment, you will also be a natural leader who will instinctively nurture the team's Account Executives. Together, you will support the designers and strategist, by creating innovative marketing and creative strategies that are designed to create one-to-one strategic relationships with the client’s audiences.

I will mention energetic and enthusiastic, but you will need to be able to demonstrate a very calm, confident and organised approach while managing a broad range of projects through the studio.

Did I mention forward planning? - this role is the eyes and ears of the studio, strategically and proactively identifying opportunities. Exceptional client service is key in this role.

In summary:

  • Experience with agreeing schedules, timescales and budgets
  • Lead point of contact for clients, you’ll set agendas, lead meetings and call schedules
  • Interrogating briefs and managing the detail of their delivery through the Studio.
  • Setting budgets and milestones for the production and design team and work in partnership to ensure delivery of detail to the Studio’s standard
  • Creating project status updates and reports for both client and the studio team.
  • Acting as a guardian of the client objectives, whilst considering the studio creative and strategy
  • Help establish best practice within the Account Management team
  • Developing new projects through nurturing existing client relationships and brokering new ones
  • Writing and developing proposals with the Account Directors
