Working within the internal design studio of 9 including graphics, digital and creative designers, UX and UI expertise, developers and copywriters, this role will support the lay out and production of high standard graphics and visuals to support our B2B, B2C and internal communications teams.

You will create ‘ready to print’ artwork ensuring consistency of the creative look and feel across specific projects including conference and event exhibition stands, brochures, office signage, newsletters, directories and other relevant communications materials.

You will be responsible for taking creative ideas and designs, and translating them into beautifully produced artwork and marketing materials.

• Take, understand and interpret written and verbal briefs from marketing teams and colleagues in the design studio to support the creation and production of artwork
• Ensure all artwork produced meets objectives, our design ambition and complies with brand guidelines
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope working in conjunction with the Head of Studio to manage against requirements and timelines. This includes evaluating issues and risks to deliver a successful outcome
• Contribute to post-project analysis to ensure continuous improvement of the effectiveness of our design, making recommendations for change and improved efficiency as appropriate
• Optimise in-house creative assets including proprietary and 3rd party photographs and images
• Be a guardian of the brand; maintain the use of company names, logos, visual identities and other key brand assets
• Monitor and stay informed of current trends, translating them into new ideas for internal clients
• Work in collaboration with other studio team colleagues to deliver against tight deadlines without compromising on quality to support campaigns across multiple sectors
• Build strong and trusted relationships internally and with key stakeholders


• Degree-level qualification ideally in design related subjects or equivalent by experience
• A good understanding of the marketing briefing, production and print process desirable
• Knowledge in creating print ready artwork and digital files (cmyk, sizing, spot colours, etc.)
• Knowledge of Powerpoint and creating highly finished presentations desirable


• Proven experience of developing and producing first class artwork and marketing visuals
• Expert knowledge across Adobe Creative Suite especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Confident in your own ideas and be prepared to work both proactively and in a reactive and flexible way
• Exceptional project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent organisation skills with an ability to prioritise, execute at pace and manage to deadlines
• Strong communication and presentation skills to support design and production recommendations
• Display meticulous attention to detail, be able to execute pixel perfect designs with high standards of accuracy
• Collaborative team-based approach, with a ‘can do’ attitude and open to constructive feedback
• Retouching experience
• Appreciation of managing stakeholder expectations with good relationship development skills
• Committed to achieving results
• Intermediate level software skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel in particular


• Experience of working in an in-house studio environment, supporting B2B, B2C and internal communications teams
• Ideally two years’ experience in the involvement in production and creation of print ready files
