We are Mullen Lowe Group, a creative agency with advertising, digital, shopper, retail activation, CRM and media all under one roof. We use creativity to get our clients’ brands an unfair share of attention.

We are looking for an Account Executive, with previous experience of working in an Agency who is enthusiastic, hard-working and highly organized with a good level of attention to detail. The account is global, so this candidate needs to be able to co-ordinate multiple projects at the same time, whilst maintaining the smooth running of the account.

Key elements of the role are:

• Ensuring smooth running of projects by making sure all those involved are meeting requirements and timings.
• The ability to work with the Account Manager and Account Director on projects from client brief through to production and delivery of assets.
• The ability to build strong relationships with clients and other departments within the agency (Creative, Strategy, Finance and Creative Production).
• Financial management of projects, along with our finance team.
• Ability to liase with local agencies globally to amend and translate work per market.
• Be highly organised: keeping status reports updated, ensuring everything is saved to the system, staying on top of estimates and POs.

It’s busy and creatively ambitious account, so someone who remains calm under pressure, has a positive, can-do attitude and a strong creative eye with a passion for pro-activity will thrive.
