Your primary focus will be to help drive forward our creative vision in the newly established office in New York, DUMBO. Taking our UK creative flare and ways of working and giving them a New York twist, you will lead our US creative offering and build out a new team to support you on the other side of the pond. You will have a proven track in leading T1 pitches and delivering pioneering ideas for big brands. You will be a champion for our creative product, helping to drive the creative vision through the agency and helping us grow our offering in both the US and UK. You will be happy to work independently but also hungry to establish and lead your own department, untimely responsible for ensuring creative excellence throughout the agency.

You will be a leader with positive problem-solving skills, someone who wants to be part of driving the agency forward, growing our offering and inspiring/motivating a team. Building a strong creative culture, with a passion for producing innovative award-winning work. You will lead from the front making sure everyone strives to deliver the best possible work.

Social – creating interesting and new ideas that help our client’s brands reach their consumers and drive action. Work that works. Campaigns that meet the objectives of our clients, not just gimmicks. Having your finger on the pulse and being aware of new ideas and ways of thinking. Pitching ideas in an exciting and interesting way. Exciting clients and the agency alike.

Being able to adapt, working in both territories is essential. Ensuring we remain nimble but most importantly pushing boundaries creatively

Specific responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the creative output and delivery of the agency
  • Being the creative leadership of all US clients and new business
  • Growing the US offering alongside the management team
  • Leading an agile team either remotely or on the ground
  • Capable of taking a brief from initial concept to initial visuals
  • Constant evaluation & monitoring of process to ensure ongoing best practice
  • Maintain knowledge of digital best practice and actively share knowledge with wider team on an ongoing basis
  • Work with Production Team to provide information to enable them to deliver projects to deadline and budget
  • Recommending training, skill sets or business requirements to continue to grow our offering
  • Set process for brief response, internal briefing and concept development
