Acrylicize, Studio 7 Events and Projects, and James Burke form a group of multidisciplinary creative ventures that aim to disrupt both the traditional art world model and accepted notions of branding.


We are now looking for a Graphic Designer to lead in the creation of all external brand assets and touch points across the group.


Purpose of Role:
This role exists as a part of the Marketing team, working closely with the Founder & Creative Director on all brand-related projects. You’ll provide graphic design, video editing, and strategic marketing assistance.


Main Responsibilities and Skills:


For Acrylicize:
• Act as guardian of the Acrylicize brand
• Assist the Head of Operations in the development of internal documentation design
• Develop and own all visual communication design
• Manage updates and design changes to the website
• Visual management of all social media handles
• Create or edit all video content
• Creative input on marketing initiatives and strategy
• Assist in developing pitch documents and special projects


For Studio 7:
• Lead in the development of the brand’s look and feel with the Creative Director
• Creation and guardian of brand guidelines
• Develop and own all visual communication design
• Creative development of all event communications with the Events Manager
• Provide creative input on strategic brand postitioning


For James Burke (solo artist):
• Assist in the development of all visual media: brand assets, website, portfolio, and any other related work


Required Skills:
• 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer
• Video editing skills are essential
• Advanced/expert level in the Adobe CS
• Experience with implementing brand-centric social media strategy
• Experience in creating and organising marketing collateral
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for quality in every endeavour
• Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Excellent team player attitude
• Consistency in quality of work across projects
