We're looking for a creative producer to join our London based film production company, Pavilion Works. You will be joining the core in-house team as a key member, working on commercial and in-house projects that will push you into various roles outside of the traditional producer responsibilities. Our work environment is fast, creative and always striving to push ideas and concepts.

Pavilion Works started in February last year, since then we have amassed an array of clients working across Music, Fashion and Documentary. Our backgrounds in large commercial productions to online mini series give us a unique understanding of this ever changing film landscape.

You'll be working with us on a monthly contract with the possibility of joining the business as a more permanent position in the future.

This is not a traditional producer role, our ideal candidate is multi-skilled and well versed in many areas of the filmmaking process. We expect you to be hands on and involved in projects from beginning to end and at times taking a lead position. Below are a few requirements for the role.

- A passion for filmmaking in all it's forms, from 10 second bits of content to feature films.
- 1-2 years in the industry, either employed or as a freelancer.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Have a proven track record in self-directing on small shoots.
- Be able to make creative decision on scripts and briefs.
- A working knowledge of Premier Pro and film editing is a must!
- Ability to pull together treatments and clearly communicate ideas on paper.
- Have a good knowledge of cameras, composition and a sharp eye for art direction.
- Able to pull together clear budgets in Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers

Would be great but not essential:
- Basic knowledge of After Effects, InDesign, Illustrator, Da Vinci or 3D Animation Software
- Basic animation skills
- An eye or interest in photography.

We are a small, passionate team with two full time employees. Our shoots cover crews of one all the way up to 30, depending on the project. As a key member of the team you're impact on the business will be visible from the get go. We're in startup mode so this will be the perfect platform for you to develop your professional skills.

As we are such a focused multi skilled team this will give you hands on experience with many aspects of the filmmaking process. Our projects can often takes us abroad or give us exclusive access and insight into individuals and subject matters you wouldn't be able to see outside of the filmmaking space.
