The speed read
If you are a solid mid-weight digital (visual) designer who enjoys working as part of a small and tight-knit team, then this could be the role for you. This small but perfectly formed studio based in East London is looking for a creative and versatile person to join their team as they expand their offer in the digital space.

The facts:
This lovely studio works broadly with clients in the hospitality, retail and travel sectors, so any experience you have within these sectors would be great, but not essential - the main thing is that your folio shows strong commercial digital projects with well executed work.

You will be a strong visual designer, excited by the prospect of producing content and asset generation for a variety of digital projects but able to demonstrate good UI and UX experience. You'll be working closely with an in-house web development team, who will help bring your designs to life in the digital space.

Day to day, you will be principally responsible for creating designs that will work across multiple channels and devices, including mobile and desktop sites, email, social media, infographics and interactive content, ensuring that the user experience is consistent and using the latest digital design techniques.

You will provide support and creative direction for branding and marketing campaigns. Using your creative and technical abilities, you will be able to rapidly create prototypes (prototyping tools are a plus - Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision) to demonstrate the potential of ideas and to subsequently be able to take a design from concept to production across a variety of media.

This is a fast-paced environment and you be expected to think on your feet and quickly adapt to any client or project changes. You will be passionate about digital design and be expected to keep your design and technology skills up to date.
Ideally you will have 3+ years' experience in a predominantly digital role, although if you have broader skills across branding and print then that would be great, but principally you will want to concentrate on digital design.

You'll be

  • Passionate about digital design keeping up with latest technology
  • Confident when dealing with different stakeholders, and happy to present your work and ideas.
  • An excellent communicator
  • Self-motivated and proactive, great to have around

Your superpower: Pro-active learner
