Job Description: 

We are looking for a strong team player to join us on our journey in establishing Papier as the leading online brand in personalized printing.

Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Stationery Design Manager will support the business in radically growing our product portfolio across greeting cards, invitations and personalized stationery. Working on our design partnerships and in-house collections, the Stationery Design Manager will oversee new designs from creative concept through to final artwork.


  • Managing and overseeing creative team on designing new products
  • Delivering quality design work in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining an awareness of emerging trends and new ideas, and translating these into designs and collections
  • Overseeing customer design requests
  • Compiling pitch documents for creative collaborations and projects


  • Minimum 5 years graphic design experience in the stationery industry
  • Proven track record of producing design-led stationery products, with a strong portfolio to support
  • A strong passion for print & stationery design with good knowledge of paper stocks, print techniques and print production
  • Attention to detail with excellent typography & layout skills
  • Skilled at giving and receiving design feedback, with strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
  • Detail orientated, organised & able to multi-task with good time management skills
  • Experience at managing a team of designers
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Flexibility and willingness to react quickly to changing demands of the business
  • Illustration skills a plus
