We are looking for a strong team player to join us on our journey in establishing Papier as the leading online brand in personalised printing

Job Description: 

Under the direction of the Creative Director, the Brand Design Manager will be responsible for producing a range of visual assets and design work that would span across the whole brand. This would include printed material (e.g., look-books and magazines), packaging material and inserts, advertising (across digital, print and out of home). They would need to ensure all work is consistent with the Papier brand and aesthetic.

They will be responsible for producing a wide range of visual content from ideation, art direction and styling still life shoots through to final execution and file preparation.

The individual would need to work closely across teams including marketing, press / PR and tech. They would also be required to oversee, manage and coach junior team members


  • Minimum 5 years graphic design experience
  • Proven track record of producing high quality design work & still life imagery with a strong portfolio to support
  • A strong passion for print & stationery design with good knowledge of paper stocks, print techniques and print production
  • Attention to detail with excellent typography & layout skills
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign skills
  • Detail orientated, organised & able to multi-task with good time management skills
  • Experienced at briefing photographer, illustrators and external talent
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work as part of a team as well as individually
  • Flexibility and willingness to react quickly to changing demands of the business
  • Qualified at undergraduate level or above
  • Illustration skills a plus
