As a Content Producer within the Creative Design department you'll work on internal photography and film production briefs, whilst working with the Head of Creative and Creative Design Manager, your core responsibility is to concept and deliver on-brand visual assets. This innovative, visual content will be published across our global
internal and external digital platforms with the aim of driving traffic, engagement and building brand awareness.

You'll effortlessly immerse yourself in the brand, using production expertise and people skills to enrich an already vibrant creative work environment.
This role is client facing, and you'll work closely with both internal stakeholders and clients, you’ll work proactively with all areas of the business, UK and globally, and partner with agencies when necessary in the execution of high quality motion and video content.
Day to day

  • Responsible for the production of photography and video projects.
  • Attend marketing/creative meetings and project manage digital content briefs to ensure content/assets are delivered against brief and delivered within timescales.
  • Ensure all content is formatted and managed in a timely manner; liaising with marketing teams when necessary to ensure deliverables are signed off.
  • Assisting in post production workflows when workload demands
  • Provide support and creative direction to internal departments and external organisations / agencies on the use of the design guidelines, logos and images.
  • Identify and flag project risk and challenge when the project's development is in jeopardy.
  • Liaising with relevant internal creative teams and business stakeholders to define scope of work, and timescales.
  • Manage key stakeholders and business customer’s expectations throughout projects through regular communications and working closely with external production agencies 
  • Responding to urgent requests for amends, encodes and delivery
  • Organising and archiving video assets
  • Ensuring that server naming and archiving conventions and adhered to.
  • Knowledge sharing, training and collaboration with the Creative Design team and Marketing teams to grow digital capabilities and knowledge of best practice.

About you

  • As a graduate in relevant field or equivalent experience (Visual Communication, Motion Graphics, Photography or Film), you’ll have proven experience of digital marketing / video editing experience ideally within a production agency or production company. With working knowledge of video editing software - After Effects and Premiere Pro, you’ll have a proven track record of concepting, creating and delivering digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience of audio recording, sound and music editing is favourable, alongside good know-how of lighting techniques – both pre and post production. You’ll have the ability to turn around high quality video and motion content quickly, whilst having a solid understanding of the strengths and limitations of various digital channels and technologies. You’ll have excellent communication skill, experience of presenting to groups and have worked across teams forming strong creative working relationships.
