ICON Printing supplies the UK’s forward thinking brands and agencies with quality custom branded clothing & bags.  We differ from other printing companies because of our customer centred approach, design edge and focus on quality.

We're a small, tight knit team based out of a light filled warehouse in East London. Our clients range from independent fashion brands to start ups and companies such as Nike, Boiler Room, Dover Street Market, Selfridges and It’s Nice That.

Building on and maintaining our client relationships is the priority in 2018 and beyond.  We want to find a self motivated and proactive account manager with plenty of drive and excellent communication skills who can manage and grow our key accounts.

You will be the main point of contact with a portfolio of clients: offering advice, preparing quotes, creating visual proofs, liaising with suppliers and managing the order process through to final delivery.

You will be entrusted with lots of responsibility and will be expected to manage your own work load. You’ll also develop your account management and entrepreneurial skills, gaining a lot of experience in a short space of time in a friendly, fast paced, start up environment.

Our ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • At least 2-3 years experience of working in a client account management role
  • A positive attitude and flexible approach
  • Self motivated with plenty of initiative
  • The desire to play an active role in a small, ambitious team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite design software a plus
  • Experience with CRM software
  • A genuine passion for design, branding and fashion
  • You take a structured approach to your work and are results oriented
  • Being friendly, helpful and building and maintaining client relationships comes naturally

  • Friendly, light filled studio in East London working with smart, hard working people
  • Manage your own work and enjoy plenty of freedom as part of a small, tight knit team
  • Team lunch/drinks every Friday
  • You will have the opportunity to really make a difference as we push you to help us grow as a business
