The Role


We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer with animation & illustration skills to join the MORI Design team. This is a varied role, working across a wide range of digital and print projects to produce corporate communications such as brand development, marketing collateral, wholesale communication and more.


You will be a creative person and an energetic self starter who is eager to learn. It is essential that you are a strong team player, with an eye for detail and can perfectly translate the brand visual identity into design. You will report to and work alongside the Senior Graphic Designer to deliver projects.


Key responsibilities include:


- Creation of offline and online advertising, including posters, web banners, social media posts, email etc
- Design sales and marketing materials, including brochures, conference booths, exhibition stands.
- Basic character animation and motion graphic projects
- Proactively monitor artwork quality, accuracy and consistency at all stages
- Ensure all design work is kept on brand
- Working with a wide range of stakeholders and decision-makers including MORI CEO


Requirements:


- Extensive knowledge of all Adobe CC including: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, After Effects, Animate (Flash)
- A strong and creative portfolio
- Confident in illustration
- A good understanding of both digital and print production
- Typography, Typesetting, design and layout skills
- Effective management of workloads within agreed, and often tight, timescales
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly organised and time efficient
- Strong team player
- Design degree or equivalent
- Experience in the design industry will be considered a plus
