We're on the hunt for a new member to join the BEAR team - it's a fantastic opportunity for a someone who can create beautiful brands from the ground up; a talented creative with a strategic mind.


As an agency we strongly believe in adding real, positive change to our client's businesses through strategic thinking and powerful design that pushes the boundaries of both print and web design. Based in North London, this role will set you at the heart of the agency's output, working with a range of brands in both the UK and worldwide - from high-profile clients such as PPLPRS, TheMusicLicence and British Gymnastics, to innovative and fast-growth startups such as Maravilo and Yoto.


IN A NUTSHELL:
- The role is to primarily work on a variety of projects across a range of clients, and use your creative mind to develop standout design, from client brief right through to final product.
- You should love deadlines and work with freelancers as necessary to complete each project on time, to budget and at a high standard.
- Reporting directly to the Owner & Creative Director and working closely with the existing Account Management and Design teams, this is a role where can you can really demonstrate your expertise and make a huge difference to some fantastic businesses.
- We're looking for someone creative, energetic and enjoys everything about working at a design agency!

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE:
To be considered for the role you will be a proven designer who is obsessed with great creative work. In addition, you will:
- Have a proven track record (minimum of three/ four years) of design in an agency environment.
- Have exceptional conceptual and creative abilities.
- Understand how to deliver a strategic brand experience utilizing messaging and communication across the full range of physical and digital media, and how to translate that delivery into style guidelines.
- Have an understanding of digital design and production processes, including responsive web design.
- Have excellent written and spoken English.
- Be confident in presentations & pitches, articulating views with fully thought through arguments.
- Know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. Knowledge of After Effects or Sketch would be a bonus but is not required.
