Job Overview:


Content creator for the EMEA social newsroom team, responsible for developing on-brand stills and videos for use on Airbnb’s social media channels . Content will include reactive, on-the-day responses to trends and the news agenda, as well as longer-termed planned calendar moments.


Responsibilities and Duties:


Social-first video creation across a broad range of social channels, especially Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
Shoot and edit simple photos and videos
Design and edit graphics and/or simple animations
Contribute creative ideas for daily and monthly content on Airbnb’s EMEA social channels
Adapt content quickly based on performance


Qualifications/Skills:


A minimum of 3 years of digital content creation experience, including working in-house for a brand or digital agency/production company
Excellent Photoshop and Premiere Pro (or equivalent) skills
Motion graphics experience (light animation) is a plus
Highly organised with strong planning and production management skills
Demonstrable ability to identify and tell an engaging story
Awareness of best practice in social video creation by the top social brands
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a high energy environment with tight deadlines
Creative writing experience a plus, but not necessary
A passion for travel and new experiences
