No two days are the same.


We are looking for a Digital Account Manager for an exciting and dynamic role on our team to own social media and digital channels for food and drink, destination and tourism and lifestyle brands.


You’ll be creative and ambitious; a lifestyle savvy all-rounder, with a broad interest in food, drink, art, culture, London and design.


Key Responsibilities for Digital Account Manager


Content creation for channels such as Instagram, Twitter & Facebook for small and large accounts, sometimes in excess of 10,000 followers
Management of channels including posting content, monitoring content, replying to users and community management(incoutside of hours e.g. accounts need checking at the weekend)
Email communications including content curation and the formatting of monthly newsletters
Blogging and website content writing
Management of website including uploading posts, maintenance and regular SEO review
Reporting and KPI management
Organisation of partners such as photographers, videographers and other agencies including brief writing
Regular client meetings and weekly catch up calls
Attendance of relevant events
Content creation
Posting to channels
Monitoring channels & conversations with users
Email comms
Weekly all agency call
Content planning/creation
Editorial series template creation
Outreach to other agencies/influencers/partners
Monitoring of stats (weekly)
Reporting
Organisation of shoots/briefs for partner work
Monthly meetings
Attendance of events/meetings
SEO
PPC
Blog writing
Essential Skills and Competencies of the Digital Account Manager


Minimum three years’ experience, within the Digital Account Manager arenaof proven experience managing social media for lifestyle, travel, tourism or food & drink brands
Tenacious and energetic with a passionate approach to Digitalpassion for staying up to date with the latest social media landscape changes
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and competing priorities
Well-developed oral and written communication skills
Highly social-media competent with clear eye for visually led storiesand strong ability to proofread and cross-check own work
Interest in food, drink & promoting London
Ability to develop great relationships with clients
