In this role you will:

- Play a central role in a growth-focussed cross-functional team, looking to build Charlie into a content powerhouse!
- Be the design brain behind presenting all our content in an engaging, compelling way (whether that be our blog, email campaigns, marketing collateral etc.)
- Work to build Charlie’s brand and ensure its consistency across all our content
- Approach design with an experimental mindset, using data and insights to influence your output
- Collaborate with our Product Design function to ensure there is continuity between our product and content work
- Help to grow a business that influences and changes the way people work – for the better



- 2+ years professional design experience
- An ability to turn abstract themes and concepts into compelling imagery/illustrations
- A self-starter with initiative and drive
- Passion for small businesses and how they work
- Loaded with the drive and ambition to join us in grafting hard to build an enormous technology company very quickly
